Know your Learner - Part 2 - Year 11 Test results

 These are the PAT comprehension tests and asTTle writing tests done last year with my Year 11 group when they were in Y10.

Y10 average level is curriculum Level 5 and stanine 5. Unfortunately, about 1/3 of my group did not do these two tests last year due to not being at school.

In the PAT test, of the students who took it,  approx 1/3 is at the level or above where the statistical average is for their age. 2/3 of the group are below where the average is for comprehension.

In the asTTle writing test, about 1/4 of those tested are at curriculum level 5 or above.

Of the students who did not take the tests, 2 of them are ESOL students.
