Today we made sesame seared tuna. This was sliced thinly and put on top of baked wonton wrappers cut into triangles. A salad was served with it with wasabi mayonnaise.

Hi Kerry. This is me gatecrashing Carol's Y13 class. She has them for their practical double periods when I am free so I sneak in and learn at the same time.
